AFF3 regulates M5‑induced psoriatic inflammation in keratinocytes through the MAPK signaling pathway

Findings indicate that AFF3 knockdown attenuates keratinocyte hyperproliferation and psoriasis-like inflammatory responses, at least in part, through inhibition of the MAPK signaling pathway.
