Translational and phase I evaluation of AZD0292, a novel, half-life extended anti-Pseudomonal Psl-PcrV bispecific monoclonal antibody.

These results support further clinical development of AZD0292 for reduction of exacerbations in BE with chronic P. aeruginosa colonization, with pharmacokinetics requiring confirmation in the target patient population.

Absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of londamocitinib after single-dose inhaled, intravenous and oral administration in healthy participants.

Following inhaled and oral dosing, londamocitinib demonstrated rapid absorption, and faecal excretion as the principal route of elimination and exhibited an acceptable safety and tolerability profile.
