Machine Learning Models for Software Cost Estimation

Results show that machine learning methods can be used to predict software cost with a high accuracy rate, and demonstrate that ensemble and neural network-based models generally outperform traditional statistical methods in terms of prediction accuracy and adaptability to non-linear relationships within project data.
