From Lotka-Volterra Dynamics to Community Assembly: Theory, Topography, and Empirical Applications

This work develops a computational pipeline that constructs CAGs from any generalized Lotka–Volterra model and proves that the CAG faithfully reproduces the compositional shifts seen in the numerically simulated dynamics of assembly, and makes the topography of the assembly pathways measurable.
