An ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of 32 target EDCs in urine from pregnant women is developed and validated, demonstrating its applicability for routine multi-class EDC biomonitoring.
