Large Calyceal Diverticulum Mimicking a Solid Renal Mass in a Patient Undergoing 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT.

A 41-year-old man with grade 1, well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor of the terminal ileum underwent initial staging with 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT and evaluation with contrast-enhanced MRI demonstrated a finding consistent with a large calyceal diverticulum.
