In Vitro Anti-Inflammatory Evaluation, Gene Expression, HR-LC–MS Profiling, and in silico Molecular Docking of Active Fraction from Rauvolfia densiflora Benth. ex Hook.f. (Apocynaceae)

The 28th fraction of the methanolic stem extract of R. densiflora demonstrated significant in vitro anti-inflammatory activity, supported by both biochemical assays and molecular analyses, suggesting the fraction has potential as a source of anti-inflammatory drug leads.
