The results of this study indicate that the Android-based digital library system with QR Code technology improves the speed and accuracy of book borrowing and returning processes through automatic data identification and facilitates the management of book, member, and transaction data.
Abstract
Library at MTsN 2 Kota Bekasi is one of the supporting facilities for learning activities that serves as a source of information for both students and teachers. The library provides various collections of textbooks and supplementary books to support the teaching and learning process. Therefore, proper library management is essential to ensure that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the information needs of the school community. However, library management at MTsN 2 Kota Bekasi is still carried out manually, including recording book data, member data, and borrowing and returning transactions using logbooks. This condition results in inefficient management processes, increases the risk of recording errors, and makes data retrieval and report generation more difficult for librarians. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop an Android-based digital library system utilizing QR Code technology. The development method employed is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implemented using Android Studio, PHP, JavaScript, Visual Studio Code, and XAMPP, and tested using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the system functions according to the specified requirements. The results of this study indicate that the Android-based digital library system with QR Code technology improves the speed and accuracy of book borrowing and returning processes through automatic data identification. The system also facilitates the management of book, member, and transaction data, reduces recording errors, and generates more structured and easily accessible reports. Therefore, the developed system is expected to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of library services at MTsN 2 Kota Bekasi.
PinjAR (Borrowing with QR Code) was developed as a web-based library system utilizing QR code technology to identify book collections and WhatsApp API as a means of delivering transaction information to users. The system development process uses R&D (Research and Development) with an Agile approach, through planning, design, coding, testing, and release. Software quality measurement refers to the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, namely functional suitability, compatibility, and usability, while product validity testing is carried out using the Aiken's V method. The resulting application provides features for managing book collections, member data, borrowing and returning books, generating reports, and reminder notifications connected to the system. The test results showed a value of 100% for functional suitability, with 100% compatibility, and 91.30% for the usability aspect. Meanwhile, the validation results obtained an Aiken's V value of 0.93 for the system design aspect and 0.97 for the language aspect. This achievement shows that PinjAR has good quality standards and can be used as a library service solution at SMAN 2 Tilatang Kamang.

The data collection and borrowing process of goods at the Department of Information Technology, Samarinda State Polytechnic, which is still carried out manually, results in slow services and is prone to errors in data recording. This research aims to design and build a QR Code-based inventory website to overcome the problems at the Department of Information Technology. The system was built and developed using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, a MySQL database, and utilizes Filament as an admin panel, following the Waterfall model consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The main features of this system include item data management, borrowing, returns, procurement, PDF report printing, low-stock notifications, and QR Code integration to accelerate item identification. Functional testing using the Blackbox Testing method across all website function scenarios shows that the system operates as required and achieves a 100% success rate. The research results show that the system is proven to improve work efficiency, minimize recording errors in data collection, and support transparency in asset management within the department environment.

This research aims to design and develop a QR Code-based attendance information system for lecturers and students in the Information Systems Study Program at Universitas PGRI Silampari using PHP and MySQL. The system was developed to overcome problems associated with the existing manual attendance process, including recording errors, delays in data processing, and the potential for attendance data manipulation. The system was developed using the Prototype development method, which consists of requirements analysis, prototype design, evaluation, refinement, implementation, and system testing. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operated according to user requirements. The test results indicated that all system features, including user login, lecturer and student data management, QR Code generation, attendance recording, and attendance report generation, functioned successfully with a 100% success rate. Therefore, the developed system is considered valid and capable of improving the efficiency and accuracy of attendance management, simplifying attendance monitoring, and supporting faster, more accurate, and well-structured report generation.

The development of information technology has encouraged various business sectors to adopt digitalization in business processes in order to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management. Risqi Gold Store is a business engaged in gold buyback transactions that still implements a manual system in recording transactions, determining gold prices, and managing customer data. This manual process creates several problems, such as the risk of calculation errors due to fluctuating gold prices, slow transaction services, and inefficient data storage management. This study aims to design and develop a website-based gold receiving information system to support transaction processes in a more effective, accurate, and integrated manner. The system development method used in this research is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using PHP as the backend programming language, MySQL as the database management system, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as the user interface technologies. The results of this study indicate that the developed system is capable of automatically calculating gold price estimations based on current market prices, accelerating customer service processes, reducing the risk of calculation errors, and improving the security and efficiency of digital transaction data management.
