Abstract
Management innovation is increasingly incorporated into corporate strategies, yet it remains challenging due to limited consensus and its context-dependent effects. Its success relies not only on implementation but also on leadership, organizational structure, culture, and the innovation environment. This study clearly defines management innovation and identifies key success factors that improve innovation performance and enhance competitiveness. The findings highlight the importance of investing in quality improvement, aligning innovation with strategic objectives, and developing employee capabilities. In addition, effective communication from top management is essential for idea sharing. Organizations that adopt well-aligned management innovation strategies can improve performance and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
