Analysis of Sustainable Integrated Agricultural Supply Chain Management: A Critical Review Study

Aug 2026 · ICEETE Conference Series · 0 citations

Abstract

This study analyzes sustainable agricultural supply chains through a critical review of various scientific journals and articles. The objective of this research is to map the supply chain system from production to distribution, as well as to identify major barriers such as logistical constraints, price fluctuations, and quality standards. The method used is secondary data analysis, with a focus on coordination, logistical efficiency, and the socio-economic impact on farmers. The review results indicate that agricultural supply chains are highly complex and vulnerable to distribution disruptions and price instability. However, the implementation of integrated farming systems, technological adoption, and strong collaboration among stakeholders are proven to increase farmers' income, preserve the environment, and strengthen food security. This study recommends improvements in transportation systems, product standardization, and the strengthening of multi-sectoral cooperation to build an efficient and sustainable supply chain.
