Abstract
Abstract This paper documents CD21, an executable software framework ("V1") that implements equations of the Big Flare-Up Theory (BFUT) as running code rather than static text. The current release executes a 73-row report spanning P16, P17, P18, P19/P19A, P22, P23, P26, P27, and P28; evaluates the Dark Matter Effects (DME) law against 175 SPARC rotation curves and four KiDS-1000 weak-lensing mass bins; evaluates six additional named systems; and exposes the same Result objects through a desktop interface. One bundled SPARC file, UGC01230, is empty, so the software explicitly substitutes the classification published for that named galaxy in BFUT P78 Appendix A and labels the fallback in the source. The automated suite contains 15 pytest test functions and 74 assert statements. This paper records what the current code actually executes, the values it produces, the observational calculations it performs, and the limits of what those executions establish.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.

“X-Hinges” helps design and 3D print items like lamps and gloves with an interactive twist: automatically embedded sensors that perceive and adaptively respond to human contact.
StudentSim is a research system for evaluating and improving AI tutoring tools before they are tested with learners. It models how individuals may engage with tutors, giving feedback to improve tutor performance across subjects like chess, writing, and mathematics.
