Abstract

This study examines the effect of Digital Literacy and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Tebing Tinggi, with Work Discipline as a mediating variable. Utilizing a quantitative associative approach, the study involved the entire Administrative Staff population of 55 employees as the sample via a total sampling technique. Primary data collected through questionnaires and documentation were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings demonstrate that directly, Digital Literacy and Work Discipline have a negative and non-significant impact on Employee Performance. Conversely, Self-Efficacy exerts a positive and significant effect on both Employee Performance and Work Discipline. However, the mediating role of Work Discipline in linking Digital Literacy and Self-Efficacy to Employee Performance was found to be negative and non-significant.
