The scientific and practical significanceof this research lies in establishing a solid foundation for digital procedural document constructors capable ofimproving the overall quality, accessibility, and efficiency of legal assistance. The findings offer practical utilityfor courts, law enforcement and specialized agencies, the legal profession, and free legal aid programs aimed atexpanding citizens’ access to justice.
