Abstract

Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed Human Resource Management by improving recruitment, employee engagement, workforce analytics, performance management, and strategic decision-making. This study examines the role of AI in Human Resource Management at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A descriptive analytical research design was adopted using primary and secondary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. The original project employed Percentage Analysis for data interpretation. The findings reveal that AI significantly improves recruitment efficiency, workforce planning, employee development, HR decision-making, and organizational performance while enhancing employee experience and operational effectiveness across various HR functions.
