Abstract
The deep integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and computer simulation technology is an important trend in the modernization of the construction industry. This paper proposes a set of collaborative optimization methods. By constructing a BIM information organization and model transformation mechanism oriented to simulation analysis, it designs an integrated data interaction and integrated modeling method, and combines the weighting method and intelligent optimization algorithm to establish a multi-objective collaborative optimization strategy. Taking mid-to-highrise office buildings as the application scenario, multi-objective collaborative simulation verification is carried out around structural safety, energy efficiency and indoor environment. The results show that the proposed method significantly improves the comprehensive performance of the building: after collaborative optimization, the annual comprehensive energy consumption is reduced to 87.3 kWh/m²·a, which is approximately 31% lower than that of singleobjective optimization; The structural reliability index reached 0.961, and the indoor PMV index was optimized to 0.26. The dynamic evolution analysis of the optimization process further indicates that the collaborative optimization strategy tends to stabilize after the 30th round of iteration, with a final comprehensive score of 0.97. Both the convergence speed and stability are superior to the single-objective and step-by-step optimization methods, providing a technical approach for achieving the deep integration of BIM and simulation systems and engineering collaborative optimization.
