Abstract
There are limited data on how intraoperative hemodynamic factors influence pediatric kidney transplant outcomes, particularly across the different phases of graft reperfusion. With the widespread introduction of anesthesia information management systems, new opportunities have emerged to explore how intraoperative management affects transplant outcomes.
Repeat lung transplant (re‐LTx) is the only life‐saving treatment option for those with irreversible allograft failure. Using a multi‐institutional registry database, we investigated the prevalence and outcomes of pediatric re‐LTx over the past 35 years.

Postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) is associated with substantial morbidity and mortality. Reliable estimates of AKI after surgery in children are lacking. To address this gap, we aimed to synthesize the available evidence on the incidence of AKI after pediatric noncardiac surgery.

Donor blood pH, recorded for nearly all heart donors, may reflect shock, but its value as an isolated predictor of outcomes is unestablished. The 2018 allocation change altered donor use and acuity, so its prognostic weight may be era‐dependent.

Split liver transplantation (SLT) expands access to grafts for pediatric recipients, but the short‐term implications of donor age at the extremes of the accepted range remain uncertain.
