Perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Hunian Berbasis Web pada Daarul Hasanah Islamic Residence Bekasi

Abstract

Daarul Hasanah Islamic Residence Bekasi is a residential environment with administrative activities, payment of contributions, submission of activity information, documentation, and preparation of financial statements. The management process is still carried out manually using WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel, causing obstacles in the form of uncentralized resident data, difficult to trace proof of payment, activity information that is easily stacked, and the preparation of financial reports that takes a long time. This research aims to design a web-based residential information system to assist administrators in managing resident data, houses, bills, payments, expenses, announcements, activity documentation, and financial reports in a more structured manner. The research method uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, documentation, and literature study techniques. The development of the system is carried out with  the Waterfall model  through the stages of needs analysis, design, prototype implementation, and testing. The system has two main access rights, namely admin/administrator and resident. Admins can manage administrative data, verify payments, record expenses, and compile financial reports, while residents can view activity information, bills, upload proof of payment, and monitor payment history. Testing using black box testing showed a 100% success rate, while user acceptance testing reached 89.6% with the very good category. Thus, this web-based residential information system is suitable as a solution to improve administrative effectiveness, ease of access to information, and transparency of financial statements at Daarul Hasanah Islamic Residence Bekasi.
