MaxTiC-Next-Studio

Sep 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

MaxTiC-Next Studio v0.1.1 纯元数据与文档修复版,与核心仓库 MaxTiC-Next v0.1.1 同步发布。界面、运行引擎与结果视图的行为与 v0.1.0 一致——src/ 下唯一改动是 __version__ 字符串。 作者与引用元数据 / Authors and citation metadata CITATION.cff 的 authors 现在只列实际作者本人。v0.1.0 里排在最前面的占位机构作者 MaxTiC-Next Studio project 已删除。 Eric Tannier 不再作为本前端的作者出现。 他著的是原始 MaxTiC 算法,本 PySide6 前端并非他的手笔,把他列为本软件作者等于主张一种他从未确认过的合作关系。他现在位于 references 中,作为被引用原作的著者;核心算法 MaxTiC-Next 也一并列为 references 中的 software 条目。这才是 CeCILL 2.1 署名义务真正表达的关系。 原 preferred-citation 块并入 references,因此 GitHub 右侧 "Cite this repository" 现在推荐引用的是本软件(含 Zenodo DOI)。 LICENSE 与源码文件头中 Eric Tannier 的版权声明原样保留,那是许可证的硬性要求。 README 主语言 / README language README.md 现在是英文文档,中文版移至 README.zh.md,两者互相链接。 DOI 徽章 / DOI badge 徽章与 CITATION.cff 的 identifiers 改用 Concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23053056,它会始终解析到最新版本,而不是冻结在某一个版本上。 版本号 / Version 0.1.1 在 pyproject.toml、src/maxtic_studio/__init__.py、CITATION.cff 与 Info.plist 中齐平。对核心算法的依赖下限保持 MaxTiC-Next>=0.1.0 不变——它是下限而非版本号。 Quality gates (all green before tagging) pytest tests/(PySide6 6.11.2 已安装,GUI 用例真实执行)— 99 passed, 1 skipped;唯一跳过项是 test_params_validation.py 中"本机未安装 PySide6 时的降级提示"路径,在本环境下本就不该触发 ruff check、ruff format --check、mypy — clean(18 source files) packaging/build_studio_app.sh + PyInstaller 6.22.3 重新打包 .app,Info.plist 的 CFBundleShortVersionString / CFBundleVersion 均为 0.1.1 启动冒烟测试:QT_QPA_PLATFORM=offscreen 下进程稳定运行 8 秒、Qt 完成初始化,仅有无害的字体别名告警 二进制未经签名/公证,首次打开仍需 xattr -cr MaxTiC-Next-Studio.app(与 v0.1.0 相同) Assets File Size SHA-256 MaxTiC-Next-Studio-0.1.1-macos.zip 57 MB 15a693aaf7148193ab7e6ae3940a924a43c815eee2278ca0bf94f35f9d960059 Authorship and licence Author / maintainer: 曾子超 (Zichao Zeng) — zengzichao@sjtu.edu.cn · ORCID 0000-0001-6553-970X Original MaxTiC: Eric Tannier (Inria) — 作为被引用原作的著者致谢,而非本前端的作者 Licence: CeCILL 2.1 (inherited from MaxTiC) Please also cite the original: MaxTiC: Fast ranking of a phylogenetic tree by Maximum Time Consistency with lateral gene transfers, doi:10.1101/127548 Full citation metadata is in CITATION.cff. DOI Concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23053056 指向最新版本;本 v0.1.1 的版本 DOI 由 Zenodo 在本次 release 发布后自动登记。

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

Requirements Don’t Live in Isolation: What We’re Exploring with Req-Space

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…

Beyond Prompt Engineering: The Role of Tacit Knowledge in Software Engineering

AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering.
