Abstract
This study aims to analyse the implementation of PITANTIK using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The study employs a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study used purposive sampling with five informants and analysed the data through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that PITANTIK's implementation has met the context, input, process, and product components. The program was developed to address the need for improved service quality, supported by adequate resources and service procedures, and implemented in accordance with a website-based service mechanism. Although there are still obstacles in the form of internet connection disruptions, server issues, and verification processes, improvement efforts are being made through coordination with the Department of Communications and Information Technology. The implementation of PITANTIK has streamlined service processes, accelerated the completion of research permit applications, and improved the effectiveness and efficiency of services. Thus, the implementation of PITANTIK has achieved the program’s objective of improving the quality of research permit services at the Semarang City Education Office.
