Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Karya Adikita Galvanize Kota Jakarta Barat
Abstract
Employee performance is one of the key factors in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT Karya Adikita Galvanize, West Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative method using a purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test, the results indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 8.727 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 3.025 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.003. Simultaneously, compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 54.034 > 3.09 and a significance value of 0.000. The findings indicate that compensation and work motivation jointly explain 51.7% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
