Abstract
This software release provides the executable and reproducibility infrastructure for the preregistered confirmatory study in Experimental Block IV of the Theory of Everything Research Programme. The package implements the frozen protocol associated with OSF preregistration DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/REHW5. It contains seven frozen confirmatory manifests and integrity locks, twenty held-out seeds, confirmatory-only causal-reversal, delayed-consequence, compositional and problem-family variants, explicit implementations of reactive, history-sensitive model-free, predictive-model-only, counterfactual-rollout and capacity-matched model-free architectures, preregistered heuristic bypasses, world-model corruption and correction interventions, rollout-horizon ablations, provenance capture, automated decision logic and reproducibility tests. The confirmatory study returned RETAIN for H4.1 through H4.7. A3 adapted to the held-out causal reversal in a median of one interaction versus ten for A4PLUS; rollout success switched at the preregistered decisive consequence depth; A3 exceeded the compute/storage-matched A4PLUS control on held-out composition and problem-family novelty while matching it on interpolation, parameter variation and the delayed-family control; targeted world-model corruption reduced success from 1.00 to 0.00 in both registered structural families while irrelevant corruption left performance at 1.00 and correction restored it to 1.00; and no single preregistered heuristic reproduced A3's complete cross-family structural-generalisation profile. These results support explicit model-based control and counterfactual rollout as causally useful routes to structural generalisation within the registered artificial task families. They do not establish that world models are universally necessary, that model-free systems cannot generalise structurally under other architectures, or that structural generalisation is equivalent to general intelligence, reflective self-awareness or phenomenal consciousness. This release is paired with the Block IV confirmatory dataset and decision record (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23263512) and implements the experimental methodology described in Working Paper III (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22857230).
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.
