Abstract

Data-free method core of the article "Response-length confounding in participant–morpheme networks: A length-controlled test in AI ethics education" (Computers and Education: Artificial Intelligence, 2026, 100685). The archive contains the closed-form counter of the six bipartite subgraph configurations and the shared-term share s3B, the exact conditional within-participant token-permutation test, unit tests, a degeneracy demonstration under degree-preserving rewiring, the parametric calibration, realized-effect pilot, power, paired-power, forced-lexical-change and vocabulary/pruning simulation runners with fixed seeds and pinned package versions, the aggregate outputs of the full parametric runs reported in the article, and a synthetic input fixture. The empirical analyses of the article use participant data that are available under the restricted-access terms stated in the article.

KTO: Model Alignment as Prospect Theoretic Optimization

This work proposes a HALO that directly maximizes the utility of generations instead of maximizing the log-likelihood of preferences, and suggests that the best loss depends on the inductive biases most appropriate for a given setting, an oft-overlooked consideration.

Gender, Race, and Intersectional Bias in Resume Screening via Language Model Retrieval

This work investigates the possibilities of using LLMs in a resume screening setting via a document retrieval framework that simulates job candidate selection and finds that the MTEs are biased, significantly favoring White-associated names in 85% of cases and female-associated names in only 11.1% of cases.
