Abstract
Software supporting "Gauge-referenced hourly rainfall nowcasting: Comparison of direct radar-to-point and field-first forecast routes" by Jaehee Jung and Joon-Woo Roh. The package provides Direct R2P, gauge-supervised forecast-field CNN readouts, pySTEPS and adapted exPreCast workflows, evaluation, figure reproduction, aggregate verification tables and synthetic tests. Version 1.3.0 aligns the public outputs with the Atmospheric Research manuscript and Supplementary Data 1 version 1.3.0. Fig. S1a rain-rate CSI-M now averages the thresholds 1, 5, 10 and 20 mm h−1. The release also updates Table S1 presentation and maps aggregate CSVs to the current 16-sheet workbook. Training, inference and numerical verification-helper code are unchanged from version 1.2.1. Public renderers use the bundled CSVs. The package includes observation-defined rainfall-episode peak amount and timing verification, episode-duration summaries and exPreCast CNN 3 × 3 versus 5 × 5 patch-size sensitivity. Figure references follow the current manuscript (Figures 1–10 and Supplementary Figures S1–S3). Supplementary Data 1 is archived separately at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23269186. Station-resolved verification data and selected gauge observations are not bundled with this software. Reproducing Figures 1, 7 and 8 requires authorized user-supplied inputs. Complete raw KMA archives, full prediction arrays, model weights and credentials are not included. See docs/PAPER_OUTPUT_REPRODUCIBILITY.md and docs/DATA_POLICY.md. This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.
