Abstract
Analysis code, frozen derived results and figure source data for "Genetic and ovarian multiomics prioritize tissue-informed regulatory candidates for polycystic ovary syndrome" by Liqiao Huang, Xiaohui Bi and Ran Chen. Version 2026.10.11.3 synchronizes the Scientific Reports writing revision, current main-figure labels, the 64-sheet evidence workbook and five-page Supplementary Information with a six-question evidence index and Supplementary Methods. The complete 131,685-test MR family, original correction values, all original numerical/formula workbook cells, baseline analysis software and both computational extension archives are preserved. All 14 scientific figure input tables retain their preceding release bytes; labels and plotting code were clarified without upstream model refitting. Frozen Wald/delta arithmetic and complete-family BH checks reproduce 198 first-order and 21 delta-method findings. Earlier figure-reproduction and kernel-diagnostic records remain historical verification, not evidence of a unified clean-environment rerun of every model. The two extension ZIPs are repository-only components, not additional journal-uploaded supplements. The journal uploads contain one evidence workbook, one Supplementary Information PDF and five main figure PDFs alongside manuscript, cover letter and checklist; manuscript, cover letter, checklist and author-administration files are excluded from this deposit. Supplementary Figures S1 and S2 retain their preceding pixel content. Complete reported families, competing targets, prior sensitivity, warnings and coverage limits remain available. European and all-ancestry PCOS outcomes overlap; analyses that reuse those GWAS and GTEx donors are complementary rather than independent replication. All of Us external evidence tests frozen variants, not expression-mediated causality. Both ovarian accessibility annotations reuse the same eight reference donors. Fasting-insulin raw beta/SE and inverse-normalized source P/q are separate trait scales. Adult processed-X units are unestablished. Patient cumulus candidate-family support does not pass whole-transcriptome correction. Unique effector assignment and expression-mediated causality remain unresolved. No raw third-party molecular matrices, reference genotypes or individual-cell slices are redistributed; provider conditions apply. Author-created code is MIT and author-created derived data, figures and research documentation are CC BY 4.0; original upstream notices are retained. This release succeeds 2026.10.11.2 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.23294154), available in the version history.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.
