Abstract
R2 reproducibility release for Transferability-aware prioritization of colorectal cancer gut metagenome signals across public cohorts. Includes ordered portable workflows, environment and input contracts, historical intermediate generators, tests, bounded replay reports, and the unchanged public ENA project-report snapshots for PRJNA447983 and PRJEB27928 retained on 2026-10-10 with original provenance. Legacy baseline directories are preserved and distinguished from r2_reproducibility. Project software is MIT licensed; third-party ENA metadata retains ENA/INSDC policy, source attribution and EMBL-EBI terms and is not relicensed as project-owned MIT data. Other third-party source matrices/tables are not newly redistributed. This release does not claim complete from-zero model replay, clinical validation or independent human scientific review.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.
