CONCEPT IDENTITY & EVOLUTIONARY INVARIANTS AT THE LIMIT Semantic Invariants, Version Differences, Identity Adjudication, and Independent Concept Reconstruction STARLI / WHITE RAINBOW CIVILIZATION | Living Concept Civilization, Flagship 02 Monograph edition v1.0 | 13 October 2026 ENGLISH DESCRIPTION FOR ZENODO When a concept passes through a different language, century, artificial intelligence model, institution or application, under what conditions can it still be regarded as the same concept? This monograph investigates conceptual identity as a falsifiable, context-aware research problem rather than a judgment derived from a shared label or surface similarity. The foundational tri-coupling is semantic invariants x change differences x identity adjudication. The core candidate rule, I_preserve = Match(invariants, tests, permissions), is treated as a protocol for research design, with hard vetoes requiring a branch or responsible retirement rather than numerical compensation. The study extends the Flagship 02 architecture in the author-supplied Living Concept Civilization: Eighteen Tri-Coupled Flagship Research Programs, v2.0 (13 October 2026). It proposes explicit distinctions between nonnegotiable invariants, contextual invariants, optional descriptions, legitimate disagreements and unknown identity states. A Semantic Invariant Passport is proposed to record essential propositions, forbidden alterations, blinded functional tests, branch histories, rights limitations and contested alternatives. The manuscript contains 82 differentiated thematic chapters, each with one governing conceptual research equation and twelve standalone methodological sections; 30 physically grounded derivation sketches and companion intermediate-step workpads in the preface; 200 separately formulated Research Gates; 33 Phoenix Answer Embryos; and 233 different established or model-specific physical equations placed as explicitly bounded Easter eggs. Three-dimensional geometry is provided as conceptual visual design, not measured physical data. The companion spreadsheet indexes all chapter formulas, gates, candidate answers, physics relations and evidence states. Its proposed minimal study translates, rewrites and adapts the same concept, while independent adjudicators who lack privileged version information decide whether necessary relations have survived. Strong negative cases deliberately preserve the original name while violating an essential inference. The research roadmap tests semantic continuity across multilingual translation, software representations, AI model versions, institutions and generations; it also addresses provenance, rights, withdrawal, minority interpretations, mis-mergers, calibration, uncertainty, recovery and lawful retirement. Scientific status: theoretical research design and established-physics educational derivation sketches. The empirical identity studies are PROPOSED and UNVERIFIED. Physical equations are not presented as new discoveries, as physical laws of meaning, or as evidence that concepts possess biological life or consciousness. Finite tests warrant only explicitly bounded equivalence claims. A favorable averaged score cannot override hard rights or safety vetoes. The ultimate handoff criterion is not obedience to the first author's vocabulary. It is whether future researchers can independently reconstruct, challenge, fork or retire a conceptual identity, preserve rightful contribution and uncertainty, and develop new functions the originating team did not anticipate.
