Abstract

*The Voxel-Phase Universe* resolves the mathematical and physical singularities of continuous three-dimensional spacetime by introducing an error-correcting, discrete spatial lattice. Under Frobenius’s Theorem (1877) and Hurwitz’s Theorem (1898), continuous three-dimensional number systems are algebraically forbidden from forming division algebras due to the cubic characteristic polynomial of $3 \times 3$ transformation matrices. In an unregularized 3D continuum, this cubic structure inevitably yields real roots, generating zero-divisor planes where multiplication by non-zero coordinates collapses volume to zero, making continuous algebraic division undefined. To prevent physical manifolds from collapsing into infinite densities and metric punctures, the model establishes a fundamental spatial floor: space is quantized into independent, discrete $1 \times 1 \times 1$ Event points fixed at the absolute Planck length scale ($\ell_P \approx 1.616 \times 10^{-35}\text{ m}$). By mapping physical coordinates to a discrete integer lattice bundle ($\mathbb{Z}^3 \oplus \mathbb{Z}_N$), division by zero is regularized into finite operations bounded by the minimum voxel cell:$$\lim_{V \to 0} \frac{x}{V} \quad \Longrightarrow \quad \frac{x}{1 \times 1 \times 1} = x$$ #### The Tri-Phase Topological EngineSpacetime and matter are governed by an asymmetric, irreversible thermodynamic cooling cycle parameterized by a two-component localized Event State Vector:$$\mathbf{\Psi}(x, y, z) = \begin{bmatrix} C \\ \theta \end{bmatrix}, \quad C \in \{-1, 0, +1\}, \quad \theta \in \mathbb{Z}_N$$where $C$ tracks discrete topological chirality and $\theta$ is an internal phase angle quantized under the modular relation $\theta(t+1) = (\theta(t) + N) \pmod N$, advancing the topological strand winding number ($w \to w + 1$). The universe cycles through three distinct macroscopic phases:1. **The Future-Vapor Phase ($C = +1$):** A right-handed, high-entropy reservoir with unaligned, chaotic internal phases ($\theta_V$), representing unconstrained geometric potential.2. **The Instant-Liquid Phase ($C = -1$):** A dynamic transition horizon protected by an operational $360^\circ$ ($2\pi$) out-of-phase geometric shield ($\theta_{\text{liquid}} = (\theta_V + 360^\circ) \pmod{360^\circ}$). This winds local strands around the unit voxel to prevent self-intersection and coordinate corruption.3. **The Past-Solid Phase ($C = -1$):** The low-entropy, phase-aligned ground state wherein left-handed Trefoil knots crystallize into deterministic, stable atomic matter and historical spacetime. Lattice updates are driven by the discrete **Phase Collapse Matrix** ($\mathbf{M}_\Lambda$), an affine operator that simultaneously executes $\pm 1$ integer spatial translations ($\Delta\mathbf{x} \in \mathbb{Z}^3$), chiral parity inversions ($C \to -C$), and $2\pi$ phase advancements. #### Macroscopic Emergence & Cosmological DynamicsGeneral Relativity and cosmological phenomena emerge as software behaviors of the discrete processing grid:* **Gravity as Processing Latency:** Matter density ($T_{\mu\nu}$) corresponds to the local concentration of left-handed Trefoil knots. When high knot densities congest the 2D boundary faces of incompressible $1 \times 1 \times 1$ voxels, the lattice compensates by injecting computational processing latency. This slows the local clock (time dilation) and refracts advancing trajectories inward, matching the geometric outputs of the Einstein tensor ($G_{\mu\nu}$).* **Singularity Resolution (Topological Scabs):** Extreme gravitational collapse is arrested when boundary faces reach the Bekenstein-Hawking holographic limit ($6.0\text{ bits}$ per voxel surface). Local coordinate time freezes completely ($\Delta t \to \infty$). Black holes are resolved into non-singular, stable 3D topological scabs that accrete matter discretely onto exterior pixel shells without central collapse.* **Large-Scale Balances:** Dark Energy is the thermodynamic exhaust of global expansion, where cosmic perimeter pixels execute $\mathbf{M}_\Lambda^{-1}$ to unzip future-vapor and spawn fresh $1 \times 1 \times 1$ Event points. Dark Matter is the non-luminous gravitational scaffolding of background voxels partially zipped into the left-handed state ($C = -1, \theta + 360^\circ$). The Hubble Tension is resolved as an operational frame-rate difference between early matter-condensation latency ($\approx 67\text{ km/s/Mpc}$) and late, uninhibited void expansion ($\approx 73\text{ km/s/Mpc}$). #### Subatomic Quantum Mechanics & Gauge Invariance* **Superposition & Collapse:** Trajectories traversing the grid obliquely distribute fractional phase-energy data across adjacent 2D boundary faces (anti-aliasing). Collision with stabilized matter ($C = -1$) triggers localized Quantum Error-Correction (QEC), executing an arithmetic rounding function that snaps the blended state onto an integer voxel: $$\text{Round}\left(\mathbf{\Psi}_{\text{blended}}\right) \quad \Longrightarrow \quad \mathbf{\Psi}(x, y, z) \in \mathbb{Z}^3$$* **Quantum Entanglement:** Entangled strands share an identical modulo calculation loop ($\theta_1 \equiv \theta_2 \pmod{360^\circ}$) within the shielded liquid phase. Measurements update this shared memory variable instantaneously, eliminating superluminal spatial signals.* **Emergent Electromagnetism:** Parallel transport around boundary loops yields an emergent vector potential ($A_\mu \equiv \frac{\hbar}{e}\partial_\mu\theta$), where local phase re-indexing recovers exact $U(1)$ gauge invariance ($A'_\mu = A_\mu + \partial_\mu\chi$). Non-commuting discrete derivatives across topological knot branch cuts derive Maxwell’s field tensor ($F_{\mu\nu} = \frac{\hbar}{e} \cdot 2\pi \cdot \rho_{\text{crossing}}$).* **Baryon Asymmetry:** Parity inversion in $\mathbf{M}_\Lambda$ sets the matter transition element to $\mathcal{M}_M = 1.0$ while orthogonality sets the antimatter element to $\mathcal{M}_{\bar{M}} = 0.0$. This yields a maximal CP-violating invariant ($J_V = \Delta P_{CP} = 1.0$), satisfying the Sakharov conditions non-perturbatively. #### Falsifiable Experimental ProtocolsThe framework provides three explicit, technologically viable tests:1. **Astrophysical Protocol (LISA / Einstein Telescope):** Gravitational wave ringdowns from black hole scabs shed discrete voxel layers, producing quantized stair-stepped amplitude drops and spectral comb micro-echoes ($f_{\text{echo}} = n(c^3/GM) \approx n \cdot 0.203\text{ Hz}$ for $10^6 M_\odot$). This is detectable in LISA residual data streams with a target threshold of $\text{SNR}_{\text{residual}}^2 \ge 5.5$.2. **Laboratory Tabletop Protocol (Dual-Cavity Interferometry):** Discrete Planck-time hops ($t_P$) induce clock jitter, generating an irreducible white phase noise floor of $\sqrt{S_\phi(f)} \ge 4.27 \times 10^{-21}\text{ rad}/\sqrt{\text{Hz}}$ across a $10\text{ m}$ optical baseline ($1\text{ W}$, $\lambda = 632.8\text{ nm}$ He-Ne laser), testable via cross-spectrum correlation over $T_{\text{int}} \approx 10^5\text{ s}$.3. **Cosmological Protocol (LiteBIRD / CMB-S4):** Detection of large-scale odd-parity violations in primordial CMB B-mode polarization patterns, revealing the early chiral imprint of the $\mathbf{M}_\Lambda$ phase-inversion engine. --- ### Keywords The Voxel-Phase Universe, Document ID 22552648, Lattice Quantum Gravity, Algebraic Spacetime Regularization, Discrete Spacetime, Frobenius Theorem, Hurwitz Theorem, Normed Division Algebras, Cubic Polynomial Trap, Zero-Divisors, 1x1x1 Event Point, Planck Length, Event State Vector, Discrete Chirality, Modular Phase Group, Winding Number, Future-Vapor Phase, Instant-Liquid Phase, Past-Solid Phase, 360-Degree Phase Shield, Phase Collapse Matrix, Asynchronous Cellular Automata, Boundary Processing Latency, Gravitational Refraction, Stress-Energy Tensor, Trefoil Knots, Holographic Principle, Bekenstein Bound, 3D Topological Scabs, Singularity Resolution, Event Horizon Freezing, Dark Energy, Horizon Unzipping, Dark Matter, Structural Zipping, Hubble Tension Resolution, Quantum Superposition, Trajectory Anti-Aliasing, Wavefunction Collapse, Quantum Error Correction, Arithmetic Rounding, Quantum Entanglement, Non-Local Modulo Loop, Emergent Gauge Symmetries, Local U(1) Invariance, Vector Potential, Maxwell Field Tensor, Non-Commuting Lattice Derivatives, Gauss Linking Number, Baryon Asymmetry, Sakharov Conditions, Maximal CP-Violation, Jarlskog Voxel Invariant, Quantized Gravitational Wave Ringdown, Black Hole Echoes, LISA Matched-Filter Residual, Einstein Telescope, Interferometric Clock Flickering, Phase Noise Floor, Tabletop Optical Cavities, CMB B-Mode Parity Asymmetry, LiteBIRD, CMB-S4
