Abstract
This repository contains the data-acquisition, control, and analysis software developed for the study “Hemodynamic-mimetic Pulsatile Pumping using an Integrated Hybrid PMMA/PDMS Diaphragm Micropump.” The software supports automated characterization of pulsatile micropump performance under programmable pressure and frequency conditions. It provides: Graphical and command-line operating modes Programmable pressure, frequency, waveform, and two-dimensional grid sweeps Control interfaces for Fluigent pressure-control hardware and WAGO Modbus TCP systems Simulated hardware modes for testing without laboratory equipment Real-time acquisition of pressure and flow-rate measurements Automated steady-state data collection and exclusion of initial transient cycles Calculation of mean flow rate, pulsatility index, variability, phase lag, and related statistics Export of raw measurements, processed summaries, metadata, and publication-ready plots Support for repeated measurements and uncertainty estimates The software was designed to provide a reproducible workflow for evaluating the hemodynamic-mimetic output of an integrated hybrid PMMA/PDMS diaphragm micropump. The Fluigent SDK and hardware manuals are not included and must be obtained separately from their respective manufacturers. The source code is released under the MIT License.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.

Consequences of happiness and unhappiness that are beneficial and detrimental for developers' mental well-being, the software development process, and the produced artifacts are found.
