A complex biological mechanism, ageing is the gradual decline in tissue utilisation and restoration of functions. Recent studies show that ageing can be slowed down or reversed with the application of pro-regenerative machinery. Of critical healing processes evaluated in this study, immune modulation, stem cell and cellular reprogramming, as well as mitochondrial activation, were assessed as potential anti-ageing strategies. The current state of affairs in enhancing medicine, anticipated treatment modalities, and prospective directions for achieving greater life expectancy through medicinal regeneration were discussed. In order to counter restoration of cellular imbalance and promote active ageing, we target advanced treatment options like stem cell therapy, senolytics, metabolic modulators, and comprehensive gene editing strategies. While these methods seem promising, they still raise concerns about safety, efficacy, and practicality for widespread clinical use. In order to summarise and deliver the less optimistic potential of anti-ageing therapies, further research should be directed towards the refinement of regenerative manipulations.
Some claim that especially in the field of agile software development the research lags years behind of the practice. In this paper, we characterize the status and main challenges for research on agile software development, and propose a preliminary roadmap, focusing on providing more empirical research, primarily on e...

Agile methods continue to gain popularity. In particular, the Scrum method appears to be on the verge of becoming a de-facto standard in the industry, leading the so called Agile movement. While there are success stories and recommendations, there is little scientifically valid evidence of the challenges in the adoptio...

Zero-knowledge proofs can verify computing results without rerunning workloads or exposing sensitive data. Magnetar helps bring them into the mainstream with support for standard programming languages, major speed gains, and quantum-resistant security.
