Communication delays are inherent in networked control systems and may significantly affect closed-loop performance. This paper investigates the impact of external perturbations in observer-based linear systems with delayed measurements and control signals using the output-to-output gain (OOG) framework. By employing dissipativity theory and Lyapunov--Krasovskii functionals, delay-dependent linear matrix inequality conditions are derived that provide explicit upper bounds on the OOG for systems with independent delays in measurement and actuation channels. In addition, two special classes of constant-delay systems are considered: Pad\'e-approximated systems and finite-dimension reducible systems. Numerical examples illustrate the applicability of the proposed approaches
This paper investigates the dynamic periodic event-triggered control (DPETC) for nonlinear networked systems with time-varying delays. Compared with traditional event-triggered control strategies, the DPETC proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the number of network transmissions. The considered networked contr...
This paper addresses the challenging problem of output feedback stabilization for nonlinear nonminimum phase (NMP) systems in the presence of parametric uncertainties and external disturbances. The proposed framework integrates three distinct observers: a reduced-order observer for reconstructing the unmeasured states...

We study fixed-time input-to-state stability (FxT-ISS) for discrete-time systems subject to exogenous inputs. We introduce Lyapunov-based sufficient conditions for FxT- ISS based on a class of dissipation functions with a fixed-time extinction property, which encompasses commonly used two- power constructions while all...
This paper addresses the finite‐time stabilization problem of Networked Control Systems (NCSs) with random delays and interval parameters, using dynamic output feedback. In this context, the random delays in the two channels are modeled as a Markov chain. By employing the interval matrix method, a finite‐time dynamic...

This paper investigates the linear quadratic regulator (LQR) problem for discrete‐time linear systems with redundant inputs. Under stabilizability and detectability assumptions, two monotonically decreasing sequences of upper bounds are derived for the stabilizing positive semidefinite solution of the discrete‐time a...

Abstract This paper focuses on the synchronization control problem of fractional-order neutral neural networks (FONNs) characterized by mixed time-varying delays, which include leakage, transmission, distributed, and neutral delays. First, a novel synchronization control system is designed, which comprises a drive syst...
