Abstract
Reproducibility package for From Roundoff to Heredity: Finite-precision exposure can produce inherited reproductive failure and selection in digital life. The study tests a causal ladder from controlled software rounding through persistence, reproductive transmission, inherited functional variation, and selection under limited population capacity. The deposit includes the complete source repository, frozen protocols, manifests, result artifacts, checkpoints, third-party provenance, reviewer verification tools, and submission-ready manuscript and supplement. The evidence includes held-out neural cellular automaton experiments, two external codebases developed independently of the study, matched exact p24 shams, common-garden propagation after p8 exposure, causal injection/rescue, same-investigator NVIDIA CUDA and Apple Metal validation, and explicitly retained null and boundary results. No beneficial adaptation, open-ended evolution, public preregistration, or independent-investigator replication is claimed. Archive integrity: The sealed archive was packaged from Git commit 9d0b28fe4206a4e46efacf466b6f8c8480b55bc0 (tag v1.0.0). Its SHA-256 is 8dc1f39ef64c60a1216e69b173f5e088e33827bdf74f00f4b854d186b89599b4. It is transported as 61 checksum-locked pieces; the included script reconstructs and verifies the original ZIP byte-for-byte. A separate verified Git bundle preserves the complete commit history through the release tag. Licensing: Project-owned software is MIT-licensed. Bundled third-party materials retain their upstream MIT or Apache-2.0 terms; see paper/THIRD_PARTY_REDISTRIBUTION.md in the archive.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.
