Shared and Divergent Features of Cardiac Transcriptome and Glucose Metabolism Markers in Human and Mouse HFpEF

Cross-species analysis demonstrated greater conservation of HFpEF-associated signatures in the RV than the LV, and number of differentially expressed transcripts in human LV increased substantially after excluding patients with atrial fibrillation or diabetes.

Two isogenic induced pluripotent stem cell lines carrying homozygous LMNA variants are generated by prime editing of a healthy donor iPSC line, providing a valuable platform for functional characterization and potential clinical reclassification of LMNA VUS.
