Mortality among PLHIV in this study was associated with advanced disease, opportunistic diseases, commorbidities and abnormal laboratory findings, and Strengthening early diagnosis, management of opportunistic infections, and monitoring of clinical and laboratory indicators may help reduce mortality in this population.

The study presents the results of model experimental investigations and nonlinear numerical analyses of thin-walled, two-segment box structures with various configurations of integral corrugated stiffeners. The models for experimental testing were fabricated using additive manufacturing techniques. Five variants of the structure were examined, including a reference configuration without reinforcement. The experimental investigation was carried out using a dedicated test rig. Numerical representations of the investigated models were developed and subjected to nonlinear analyses using finite element method-based software. The adequacy of the numerical results was assessed through comparison with experimental data. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of different forms of the proposed structural solution on the magnitude of the critical load and the nature of post-buckling deformation.

To investigate the influence of electrode surface roughness on gas discharge characteristics under micro-gap conditions, direct-current breakdown experiments were carried out in atmospheric air using a nano-positioning system. Breakdown tests were conducted for five metal electrodes over the electrode gap distances from 1 to 10 µm, and for one metal with different surface roughness levels over the electrode gap distances from 1 to 20 µm. Meanwhile, the electric field intensity distribution of aluminum electrodes (cathode) with different surface roughness values was simulated using Maxwell electromagnetic field simulation software. The experimental results show that, in the electrode gap distances from 1 to 5 µm, different metal electrodes exhibit different degrees of deviation from the Paschen curve, all of which are related to the work function. At the same electrode gap distance, the rougher the electrode surface, the larger the field enhancement factor β and the lower the breakdown voltage. Analysis indicates that surface protrusions cause local electric field intensification, allowing the field strength to reach the critical condition for field electron emission, thereby reducing the breakdown voltage. In the electrode gap distances from 10 to 20 µm, electrode surface roughness leads to a multiplication of the effective electron emission from the cathode surface, thus enhancing the surface electron emission process. Therefore, in the design of microelectronic devices, reducing electrode surface roughness and selecting metal electrode materials with higher work functions can effectively improve gas breakdown characteristics under small-gap conditions and optimize the insulation protection of microelectronic devices.

Religious tourism has emerged as a significant sector within global tourism, influencing visitor behavior, destination
development, and spiritual experiences. Jordan, which is home to several Christian holy sites recognized by the Vatican in
2000, is quite important in terms of pilgrimage, but from a practical perspective, it has still not been fully studied.
Understanding the factors that affect visitors' satisfaction and their intention to revisit is crucial for the maintenance of
religious tourism sites. This study aims to analyze the behavior of visitors within the scope of religious tourism at five
Christian holy sites in Jordan recognized by the Vatican. Specifically, it examines the relationships between travel motivati on,
religious tourism experience, religious tourism potential, perceived challenges, overall satisfaction, and re-tourism intention.
Data were collected from 500 visitors using a convenience sampling technique. The study employed Smart PLS 4 software to
analyze the data through partial least squares–structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The proposed hypotheses were tested
to assess direct, mediating, and moderating relationships among the study variables. The findings reveal significant
relationships among the examined constructs. Visit motivation has a strong positive influence on re-tourism intention. Religious
tourism experience and overall satisfaction act as significant mediators in this relationship. Furthermore, religious tourism
potential and perceived challenges moderate the effect of visit motivation on re-tourism intention. The study advances religious
tourism theory by integrating motivational, experiential, and contextual factors within a single framework. Practically, the
findings provide valuable insights for Jordanian tourism authorities and destination stakeholders to enhance visitor experiences,
address challenges, and strengthen the sustainability of religious tourism in the region.
