Abstract
This study aimed to analyze how pedagogues can contribute to organizational development through educational actions and the valorization of human capital. It is part of a broader analysis within the author's participation in the scientific initiation program. The research is qualitative and bibliographic in nature. It highlighted the main functions of the corporate pedagogue, such as training management, skills development, strengthening organizational culture, and mediation of interpersonal relationships. The results indicate that the pedagogue, with their didactic and pedagogical training, plays a fundamental role in promoting a continuous learning environment, acting as a facilitator, mediator, and agent of transformation within companies. Corporate pedagogy has gained space in the educational field as a strategic area of action for the pedagogue in the corporate environment. It is concluded that the presence of this professional in organizations promotes innovation, quality of life at work, and human growth.
