Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that strategic technology adoption has a positive and significant effect on organizational agility through increasing business process flexibility, decision-making speed, and innovation capabilities.
