Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Intelijen Berbasis Web pada Direktorat Intelijen di Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia
Abstract
This research aims to design and implement a web-based intelligence data management information system at the Intelligence Directorate within the National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia. The main problem addressed in this research is that data management may still be scattered across manual documents, spreadsheets, separate computer folders, or nonintegrated communication media, causing data retrieval, validation, classification, reporting, and access control to be less optimal. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed with login, user management, data entry, validation, classification, search, dashboard, reporting, analysis notes, and audit log features. The results show that the system can help make data management more centralized, structured, traceable, and supportive of operational analysis through faster and more organized data presentation. The system also supports role-based access and user activity logging to improve data accountability.
