Abstract
The Journal entry records the protocol of events at the Laboratory of Meanings, which documents the planned work and its results: He revised the role of gravity — not as a fundamental force, but as a derivative of induction. He explained the flat rotation curves of galaxies without dark matter — through coercive vacuum confinement. He explained the shift of Mercury’s perihelion without spacetime curvature — through an anisotropic induction response. He explained the redshift without the expansion of the Universe — through the “fatigue” of a photon in a viscous medium. He analyzed Friedmann — a static Universe with polarization dynamics instead of expansion. He analyzed Feynman — real trembling of the medium instead of “virtual particles”. He linked the micro- and macro-world — through Fibonacci–Lucas and 5‑ary logic. He proposed a solution to the energy deadlock in AI — a 5‑ary LGM “Kashalotik” instead of binary silicon.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.
