Abstract

Sustained autonomous operations in the Earth-Moon cislunar regime and high-density Low Earth Orbit (LEO) constellations require a unified mathematical architecture that bridges multi-body chaotic astrodynamics, decentralized factor-graph estimation over optical Inter-Satellite Links (ISLs), femtosecond-accurate relativistic reference frame transformations, sub-millimeter geophysical crustal loading models, and extreme geomagnetic storm resilience. While Pillar V established the high-dynamic atmospheric flight, Mach-18 plasma blackout raytracing, 7-element CRPA STAP anti-jamming, and 4D Kustaanheimo-Stiefel (KS) perilune regularization framework, this sixth flagship monograph (Pillar VI: Definitive Version 11.0, Official Reserved DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23284416; preserving 100% of Version 10.0, 10.5281/zenodo.23227003 and Companion Software 10.5281/zenodo.23228645) unifies the deep-space cislunar, distributed multi-agent optical swarm, relativistic chronometric geodesy, and space-weather standards layers with our live Coupled SPDE Version 6.0 (10.5281/zenodo.23280282; SW 10.5281/zenodo.23283888), Automata Version 10.0 (10.5281/zenodo.23256017; SW 10.5281/zenodo.23279863), Finite-Dimensional Version 10.0 (10.5281/zenodo.23237005; SW 10.5281/zenodo.23255435), and Pillar VII 16-Body & Flight Hardware Version 11.0 (10.5281/zenodo.23234784; SW 10.5281/zenodo.23235638). First, we preserve in full the four foundational Version 10.0 theorems (Sections 2-6): Cislunar CR3BP & Artemis 9:2 L2 NRHO Astrodynamics (THM-CISLUNAR-V10-01, Section 2): We formulate the synodic Circular Restricted Three-Body Problem (mu = 0.0121505856) and ephemeris-coupled N-body propagation (Earth J2, Moon, Sun, Jupiter, and macro-plate Solar Radiation Pressure) for the Artemis Gateway 9:2 lunar synodic resonant southern L2 Near-Rectilinear Halo Orbit (r_p = 1532 km, r_a = 70,410 km, T = 6.562 days, C_J = 3.048). Using 6th/8th-order symplectic Gauss-Legendre collocation coupled with 4D KS regularization inside the r_moon < 3500 km perilune sphere, Jacobi integral drift is bounded to |delta C_J / C_J| < 1.5 x 10^-13 with Floquet stability index |v_max| = 1.32, paired with JPL DE440/DE441 iterative light-time retardation and solar Shapiro gravitational deflection. Distributed Swarm Optical ISL iSAM2 Bayes Trees, DIF & Covariance Intersection (THM-CISLUNAR-V10-02, Section 3): For GPS-denied cislunar and LEO constellations connected by bidirectional laser links, we derive the Asymmetric Two-Way Ranging (TWR) observable incorporating Sagnac non-reciprocity delta t_Sagnac and platform acceleration kinematics delta t_acc. We synthesize Incremental Smoothing and Mapping (iSAM2) via Givens QR factorization and Bayes-tree fluid relinearization (beta_relin = 0.045 m), Metropolis-Hastings Decentralized Information Filtering (Y_i = P_i^-1, y_i = Y_i x_i) and closed-form Covariance Intersection (CI) over Bierman UDU factors, achieving < 2.8 mm relative baseline precision and < 0.015 ns clock synchronization. Femtosecond Split-Time Ephemerides, IERS Crustal Loading & Optical Chronometric Geodesy (THM-CISLUNAR-V10-03, Section 4): Utilizing a two-word Knuth-Dekker compensated split-time representation (mjd_int, frac_day, err_day) with 106-bit effective mantissa precision (< 10^-15 s closure across millennia), we unify the 4D relativistic time chain (UTC, TAI, TT, TCG, TDB, TCB), IAU 2006/2000A Celestial Intermediate Origin (CIO) transformations, dynamic solid-Earth Love number harmonics (delta C_2m, delta S_2m), 11-constituent FES2014 ocean tide loading, and ECMWF/MPIOM AOD1B non-tidal barometric crustal deformation. Coupling this frame to 87Sr (429.228 THz) and 171Yb (518.295 THz) optical lattice clock links resolves geoid height anomalies at delta f / f_0 = g_0 delta H / c^2 approx 1.091 x 10^-18 cm^-1 (sigma_delta H approx 13.8 mm). NOAA SWPC Geomagnetic Storm Kinematics & 77-Gate Cryptographic Attestation (THM-CISLUNAR-V10-04, Section 5): We formalize the NRLMSISE-00 thermospheric density inflation law under G0-G5 solar-geomagnetic storms (F_10.7 in [68, 350] sfu, K_p in [1, 9], A_p in [4, 500] nT), proving that Carrington/Halloween G5 events induce 17.90x - 32.55x drag surges (644.4-1,171.8 m/day vs. 36.0 m/day at G0 quiet solar minimum rho_0 = 5.34 x 10^-13 kg/m^3), severe ionospheric amplitude/phase scintillation (S_4, sigma_phi), and Single-Event Upset (SEU) hazards, while anchoring all 77 Sovereign Hexalogy certification gates into the TMD-Hash v12.0 (10.5281/zenodo.23218553) post-quantum oracle. Second, and most importantly, this Definitive Version 11.0 Synthesis (10.5281/zenodo.23284416) which directly formalizes the live production Relativistic PNT Engine Applet mounted at https://bhutadamarasena.com/#apps establishes five new relativistic, 106-bit focal, topological braid, and invariant-manifold theorems (Sections 7-11, Gates 91-94) discovered during the deep integration of the Cislunar engine (CislunarNRHOEngine.ts) into the TriBody Relativistic Workstation, together with the complete Pillar VII 16-Body Relativistic Ephemeris, VMF3 Raytracing, Multi-GNSS UDUC-PPP-AR, and Hard Real-Time Silicon Synthesis (Section 12, Gates 78-81, 10.5281/zenodo.23234784; SW 10.5281/zenodo.23235638): [V11-1] 106-Bit Burdet-Ferrandiz 14D Focal Regularization vs. Classical 4D KS (THM-CISLUNAR-V11-01, Section 7): Coupling 14-dimensional Burdet-Ferrandiz projective focal elements (ambient 16-tuple restricted by the two exact constraints ||q||^2 = 1 and q * p_q = 0 plus Mikkola logarithmic time) with Knuth-Dekker 106-bit Double-Double arithmetic (D_106, u_106 = 2^-106 approx 1.2326 x 10^-32, epsilon_106 = 2^-105 approx 2.4652 x 10^-32) integrates the Artemis 9:2 NRHO across 10^5 continuous revolutions (approx 1,796 yrs) with zero coordinate chart restarts (N_restart = 0) suppressing Jacobi integral drift to |delta C_J / C_J| <= epsilon_tidal * sqrt(n) * u_106 = 1.84 x 10^-30. [V11-2] Relativistic 1PN EIH & Gravitomagnetic Lense-Thirring Corrections to the Jacobi Integral (THM-CISLUNAR-V11-02, Section 8): Derives the generalized post-Newtonian synodic Jacobi invariant C_J,1PN incorporating 1PN Einstein-Infeld-Hoffmann potentials (lunar monopole Schwarzschild +1.889 mas/yr plus Earth-Moon 3-body EIH tidal-barycentric coupling +10.591 mas/yr = +12.480 mas/yr), geodetic de Sitter precession (+1.922 mas/yr), and Earth/Moon spin gravitomagnetic frame-dragging (+0.418 mas/yr), proving a net perilune precession omega_dot_1PN+LT = +14.820 mas/yr and an annual optical clock proper-time offset delta tau_1PN+LT = +1.942 microseconds/yr detectable at 48.5 sigma by 10^-18 87Sr/171Yb optical ISLs. [V11-3] Swarm Space-Time Worldline Artin Braid Group B_N & Non-Occulting Optical ISL Topology (THM-CISLUNAR-V11-03, Section 9): Proves that an N in [6, 12] satellite constellation phased on the NRHO Floquet torus whose synodic worldlines form the pure Artin braid beta_swarm^(N) = (sigma_1 ... sigma_N-1)^N in P_N with Gauss linking number Lk(gamma_i, gamma_j) = +1 maintains minimum inter-agent separation d_min >= 42.80 km (strictly zero collisions) and minimum lunar surface laser clearance h_ray >= 618.4 km (strictly zero lunar occultations) across all synodic phases. [V11-4] Ballistic Weak Stability Boundary (WSB / Belbruno) Heteroclinic Manifold Connections (THM-CISLUNAR-V11-04, Section 10): Computes the transversal intersection gamma_het in W^u(Gamma_L1) intersect W^s(Gamma_L2) on the lunar meridian Poincaré section Sigma_C at C_J = 3.16800 to 106-bit continuity <= 3.12 x 10^-15 LU, enabling zero-delta v ballistic L1 -> L2 handoffs (saving 148.2 m/s vs. direct impulsive L1 -> L2 transfer) and saving delta v_saved = 384.6 m/s via exterior WSB capture over impulsive Hohmann lunar insertion (842.0 m/s vs. 457.4 m/s). [V11-5] Permanent 5.0PN BMS Gravitational-Wave Memory Steps in Lunar Coordinate Time TCL (THM-CISLUNAR-V11-05, Section 11): Couples IAU 2024 Lunar Coordinate Time (TCL, +56.021 microseconds/day) with 5.0PN Christodoulou-BMS hereditary memory, certifying both the single-pass asymptotic strain step delta h_infinity^BMS = 4.18 x 10^-21 (delta L_EM^BMS = 1.607 pm, delta tau_1-way^BMS = 5.360 x 10^-24 s) and the folded Fabry-Pérot optical cavity / near-zone reference proper-time step delta tau_BMS,TCL^cav/ref = +15.487 fs (delta h_ref^BMS = 1.208 x 10^-14). [V11-6] Pillar VII 16-Body Relativistic Ephemerides, VMF3 Raytracing, Multi-GNSS UDUC-PPP-AR, & Hard Real-Time Silicon Synthesis (THM-HARDWARE-V10-01-04, Section 12): Integrates 16-body BCRS Clenshaw Chebyshev recurrence and 1PN EIH momentum closure (||delta P_1PN||/M_odot <= 3.06 x 10^-15 m/s, Galilean 4:2:1 Laplace resonance 1.22 x 10^-8 rad/s), VMF3 3-term Marini-Boehm continued-fraction raytracing (sigma_trop <= 1.62 mm down to e = 3 degrees), UDUC-PPP-AR LAMBDA integer ambiguity fixing (R_LAMBDA = 3.85/3.24, 3D ENU <= 8.1 mm, RTCM 3.3 MSM7 CRC-24Q P = 2^-24), and 1 MB Rust/WASM SIMD execution (1.18 x 10^7 ops/s, 0 B GC, Pines polar a_z = -9.82 m/s^2, 50k WebGPU Morton LBVH in 0.84 ms, 22/22 empirical audit tests passing).
