EL-RAKHAWI CODE OF EXISTENCE: WHEN BIOLOGY MEETS ALGORITHMS AND REDEFINES INTELLIGENCE A Comprehensive Academic Monograph on the El-Rakhawi Theory of Unified Cosmic Intelligence: From DNA Code to Universal Algorithms

Oct 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

EL-RAKHAWI CODE OF EXISTENCE V2.0: UNIFIED COSMIC INTELLIGENCE THEORY Author: Dr. Mohamed Kamal Arafa El-RakhawiDOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23353064 A revolutionary academic monograph proposing the El-Rakhawi Theory of Unified Cosmic Intelligence (UCI), treating intelligence as a fundamental physical phenomenon measurable across biological, artificial, collective, and cosmic systems through a single unified equation. Core theoretical framework: The Unified Intelligence Equation (dimensionally corrected V2.0):$$\mathcal{I}(S) = \Phi(S) \cdot \left( \frac{\mathcal{C}(S)}{\mathcal{P}(S)} \right) \cdot \log_2\left(\frac{\Omega(S)}{\Omega_0}\right)$$ Where: $\Phi(S)$ = integrated information (bits), $\mathcal{C}(S)$ = computational capacity (operations/second), $\mathcal{P}(S)$ = power consumption (Joules/second), $\Omega(S)$ = state-space volume, $\Omega_0$ = intelligence threshold. The ratio $\mathcal{C}/\mathcal{P}$ yields computational efficiency in operations per Joule, ensuring exact dimensional consistency. Eight gates covering: philosophical foundations, biology as algorithm, bio-inspired algorithms, AI decoding life (AlphaFold, CRISPR), biocomputing & DNA storage, human-machine fusion (BCI, organoid intelligence), ethics, and future applications. Testable predictions: (1) AGI emergence 2035-2045 based on intelligence thresholds; (2) quantitative biosignature criteria for extraterrestrial intelligence detection; (3) hybrid bio-digital civilization design principles by 2100. Seven comprehensive indices: algorithmic/mathematical, biological models, databases/repositories, thematic, pioneers, equations, predictions. Comprehensive IP protection: 5 original constructs attributed (UCI Theory, Unified Intelligence Equation, AGI Prediction Framework, ET Intelligence Detection Criteria, Hybrid Civilization Design), Berne Convention copyright, perpetual moral rights, prohibition on misrepresenting falsifiable framework as absolute truth. KTO: Model Alignment as Prospect Theoretic Optimization

This work proposes a HALO that directly maximizes the utility of generations instead of maximizing the log-likelihood of preferences, and suggests that the best loss depends on the inductive biases most appropriate for a given setting, an oft-overlooked consideration.

Gender, Race, and Intersectional Bias in Resume Screening via Language Model Retrieval

This work investigates the possibilities of using LLMs in a resume screening setting via a document retrieval framework that simulates job candidate selection and finds that the MTEs are biased, significantly favoring White-associated names in 85% of cases and female-associated names in only 11.1% of cases.
