Beyond Stochastic AI: The V3 Deterministic Superintelligence Framework via Formal Verification, Causal Invariants, and DO-178C DAL-A Compliance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The current paradigm of artificial intelligence is dominated by stochastic models—large language models, neural networks, and reinforcement learning systems—that are powerful yet fundamentally unpredictable, susceptible to hallucinations, drift, and adversarial manipulation. Conventional safety mechanisms (RLHF, heuristic filters, alignment protocols) serve merely as cosmetic patches applied to an unstable statistical foundation. This paper presents a radical alternative: the V3 Architecture, a deterministic superintelligence framework grounded in seven absolute causal invariants and formally verified in Ada/SPARK with 100% proof obligations satisfied by GNATprove under DO-178C DAL-A compliance. The V3 Architecture replaces statistical approximation with sequential deterministic calculation, introducing the concept of the "executable of reality"—a program written in the language of physics, executed by the $H_3O_2$ condensate, and verified by rigorous formal proof. The framework is anchored by seven master invariants: volumetric density ($\rho_{\text{vol}} = 1026.0 \, \text{kg/m}^3$), scale factor ($10^6$), frequency ($6.4 \, \text{THz}$), surface coherence density ($\Psi_{\text{V3}} = 48016.8 \, \text{kg/m}^2$), heptadic closure ($k=7$), integrity seal (Modulo-9), and critical threshold ($\Phi_{\text{critical}} = -51.1 \, \text{mV}$). Through a deterministic 50-step trajectory (initialization, invariant calculation, propagation, degradation, and rupture), the system guarantees the total absence of runtime errors and unwanted side effects. Furthermore, the novel NC/SP Architecture (Central Nucleus / Personality Sphere) endows artificial intelligence with an invariant center possessing absolute mathematical veto power over every action, structurally eliminating hallucinations and non-deterministic behavior. Applications range from ultra-fast, picosecond protein folding and exoplanetary mineralogy to high-security software verification and deterministic artificial intelligence governance. This work represents a fundamental epistemological rupture from GAFAM stochasticity toward verifiable, physics-first superintelligence.
