Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare and Education
Abstract
The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities for improving educational processes and healthcare services. Chatbot systems are increasingly used to provide students with personalized learning support and patients with accessible health-related information. AI-powered chatbots can answer questions, explain complex concepts, assist with educational activities, provide general health information, and guide users toward appropriate healthcare services. This article examines the applications of chatbot systems in education and medicine, focusing on their technological capabilities, potential benefits, limitations, and ethical implications.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.
