This work aimed to identify FD genetic risk factors and implicated biological pathways, and implicated biological pathways inFunctional dyspepsia.
Abstract
Functional dyspepsia (FD) affects over 7% of the global population, impairing quality of life and driving significant healthcare burden. Although genetic contributions to FD pathophysiology have been suspected, large, well‐powered genetic studies remain limited. We aimed to identify FD genetic risk factors and implicated biological pathways.
To systematically characterize the genetic landscape of dystonia in a Mainland Chinese cohort, where over 60% of patients currently lack a molecular diagnosis due to limited large‐scale genomic studies.
Influenza remains a significant global health burden, potentially leading to hospitalization and mortality. Although previous studies have explored genetic susceptibility to influenza infection, the genetic basis of influenza hospitalization and its relationship with respiratory diseases like COVID‐19 remain poorly und...

Rare GCK variants contribute to heterogeneous forms of monogenic diabetes, yet the molecular basis underlying their diverse functional consequences and pharmacological responsiveness remains incompletely understood. As glucokinase (GCK) serves as a central glucose sensor in pancreatic β‐cells and hepatocytes, defining...

Extreme AAO-defined T2D subtypes exhibit partially distinct genetic architectures, highlighting AAO as an important dimension of T2D heterogeneity and providing a framework for future age-stratified genetic risk assessment.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) are clinically and biologically distinct entities, yet research in both fields increasingly examines how genetic susceptibility may interact with environmental and metabolic exposures over the life course [...]
