Abstract
Access to clean water is a vital necessity for communities, particularly in areas that rely on borehole wells as their primary water source. However, manually operating these pumps without an adequate monitoring system can lead to issues such as dry-running, energy waste, and pump damage caused by electrical current irregularities. This study aims to implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring system for borehole pump water levels and electrical current using an ESP32 microcontroller. Unlike systems that focus solely on water availability, this study integrates water level monitoring (via an HC-SR04 sensor), electrical current monitoring (via an ACS712 sensor), and a low-water protection mechanism (using a float switch) into a unified system featuring real-time Telegram notifications. The research methodology encompasses a literature review, field observations, system design, hardware and software implementation, and functional testing of each system component. Test results demonstrate that the HC-SR04 sensor successfully detects water level changes, the ACS712 sensor accurately reads the pump's electrical current, and the system effectively triggers automatic protection via a relay when low water levels are detected. Additionally, the system activates a buzzer alarm and sends warning notifications to the user via Telegram. Functional testing confirms that all system components operate according to the design, offering a practical solution to enhance the safety and reliability of borehole pump operations through real-time remote monitoring.
Solar and Wind Power Plant (Hybrid) is one of the strategic solutions to support small-scale energy independence, especially in areas that require independent electricity supply. This study aims to design and implement a monitoring system based on PZEM-004T and PZEM-017 by integrating IoT technology effectively and eff...

The success of Nile tilapia farming is highly dependent on water quality, as it significantly affects fish growth and health. In Janti Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency, water quality monitoring is still carried out manually, causing changes in water conditions to be detected late and potentially reducing aq...
Water stored in the reservoir has the potential to undergo changes in physical conditions that are not always easily recognized through routine visual inspection. This study presents the design of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water quality monitoring system to provide preliminary information on changes in turbid...

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…
AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering.
