Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical foundations of organizational culture as a strategic resource for managing an organization. It systematizes various approaches to defining organizational culture, including value-based, behavioral, and others. The key emphasis of each approach is characterized, and the main representatives are presented. It is determined that in the context of demographic shortages, declining working-age populations, and the migration outflow of qualified personnel, organizational culture becomes a strategic resource for maintaining competitiveness and ensuring high organizational performance. To effectively integrate organizational culture with the overall company management system, the article examines the management structure and its key elements. Company management is presented as a complex of interconnected systems and processes that ensure the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.
