These findings reveal that the RSV F antigen recognizes both the wild-type and AAS-mutated bispecific antibodies in a conformation-dependent manner, with binding preferentially observed for larger conformations.
Covalent labeling experiments in a cellular environment with the same model system and with results consistent with purified proteins are extended, making covalent labeling a suitable method to screen epitopes for complex targets and receptors directly from cells.

The concept of mimic antibodies–antibodies that recapitulate the binding mode of a target’s cognate ligand is investigated and established as a promising strategy for rational antibody selection, engineering, and design, with broad implications for therapeutic antibody development and drug discovery.

The most recent methods substantially outperformed earlier ones, producing medium-or-better top-ranked models for approximately half of post-cutoff Fv complexes without templates or experimental restraints, and performing similarly on antigens with or without a close pre-cutoff homolog.

The determination of small-molecule compounds (SMCs), including veterinary drugs, pesticides, and mycotoxins, in food and environmental matrices remains a critical challenge in analytical chemistry, often demanding detection methods with high sensitivity and reliability. Conventional immunoassays for SMCs are predomina...

This study provides a mechanistic framework for understanding how allosteric transitions modulate antibody function and suggests that prioritizing conformational capture over epitope diversity is essential for engineering next-generation therapeutics.
