This research examines how the integration of AI can potentially improve employee productivity by reducing repetitive work, saving time, improving accuracy, and enabling employees to focus on more strategic activities.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most significant technological developments influencing modern organizations. Organizations across different industries are increasingly adopting AI tools to automate routine activities, analyse large volumes of data, support employees, and improve managerial decision-making. The integration of AI can potentially improve employee productivity by reducing repetitive work, saving time, improving accuracy, and enabling employees to focus on more strategic activities. At the same time, AI supported decision-making provides managers with faster access to information, predictive insights, and data driven recommendations. However, the adoption of AI also creates challenges related to employee skills, job insecurity, privacy, ethical concerns, algorithmic bias, and overdependence on technology.
