Abstract
The El-Rakhawi Theory of Symbiotic Cyber Physical Harmony (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23267001) presents a groundbreaking framework unifying morphological augmentation, agile robotics, democratized materialization, and cognitive security into a single paradigm for human-centric technological evolution. Central is the Symbiotic Cyber Physical Harmony Index (SCPHI): SCPHI=(A×R×M×C)/[(A×R×M×C)+V×F+ε], operating under the Weakest-Link Axiom and Asymptotic Perfection Principle (max ≈0.9901). It mathematically proves that technological capability without cognitive security or human agency collapses the system's harmony. The theory establishes Morphological Sovereignty (human augmentation under intuitive biological control), Synergy of Service Protocol (agile robots as collaborative partners), Localized Creative Sovereignty (democratized multi-material fabrication), and Embedded Verification Standard (hardware-level deepfake immunity). Released under the Ferial Zayed Humanitarian License as a definitive blueprint for ethical human-machine coexistence in the post-digital era.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.
