Research materials for sensor declarations and timestamp provenance in 2,412 LeRobot-format datasets

Abstract

Research-only materials supporting the census of sensor declarations, checker coverage and timestamp provenance in 2,412 LeRobot-format repositories on the Hugging Face Hub. The listing snapshot is 1 September 2026; the original cards were collected on 4 September from main and were not pinned to the listing revisions. This release provides derived metadata, public repository identifiers, card hashes and flags, short lexicon contexts, AI labels without quotes, research code, retained results, criteria provenance and figure generators. Full dataset cards and unrelated PersonTwin/Innerview product code are excluded. Six headline checks and five figure reconstructions passed. All 2,412 retained local card hashes and author-text flags matched on rerun. Three default cards fetched from immutable listing commits also matched; this is not an all-repository network audit. A supplied fetch script reports hash mismatches without falling back to main. Historical criteria clock-time discrepancies are documented and are not treated as evidence of prospective registration. No human annotation audit, new model run or complete fresh loader/checker replay is claimed. Original derived outputs are CC BY 4.0 and original code MIT; the unchanged Hugging Face LeRobot templates retain Apache-2.0 terms. Third-party metadata and excerpts retain their original rights. Existing SeoulTech facilities were used. Generative AI assistance is disclosed. Seokjun Song is pursuing plans to commercialize PersonTwin/Innerview. Dataset publishers have not yet been notified; this record is not a journal submission or acceptance.
