The aim of this review is to present integrative techniques for hybrid breeding in Eucalyptus based on conventional methods such as phenotypic selection and controlled hybridization, and modern genomic-assisted approaches to guide product development.
A series of universal donor vectors are generated to enable biallelic integration of different degron tags using different selection strategies (FACS, drug selection) and can be fused in-frame to endogenous protein C-termini via homology-independent repair following Cas9-induced double strand breaks.

Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) is an inborn error of immunity with a broad disease spectrum, classified into class I (late onset) or II (early onset) variants. Thrombocytopenia and small platelets are the most consistent findings among patients, difficult to treat and related to development of autoimmunity. To identify...

In the last decade, there has been an explosion in the development of in vivo germline genetic editing technologies in arthropods, first pioneered by the Receptor-Mediated Ovary Transduction of Cargo (ReMOT Control) method. While ReMOT Control and related technologies (DIPA-CRISPR and SYNCAS) have shown great utility f...

Correlation clustering seeks a partition of the vertex set of a given graph/network into groups of closely related, or just close enough, vertices so that elements of different groups are not close to each other. The problem has been previously modeled and studied as a graph editing problem, namely Cluster Editing , wh...

Inherited mitochondrial cardiomyopathies arise from pathogenic variants affecting oxidative phosphorylation, mitochondrial DNA maintenance, cardiolipin remodeling, protein import, cofactor metabolism, and mitochondrial dynamics or proteostasis. These disorders may be cardiac-predominant or part of multisystem disease....

CRISPR–Cas12a underlies powerful genome-editing and nucleic-acid detection technologies, yet its performance is limited by inefficient target engagement and low catalytic turnover, particularly at low target abundance and elevated temperatures. Here, we report a modular protein-engineering strategy to enhance Cas12a tr...
Zero-knowledge proofs can verify computing results without rerunning workloads or exposing sensitive data. Magnetar helps bring them into the mainstream with support for standard programming languages, major speed gains, and quantum-resistant security.
